Trevor Bowman is the Chief Technology Officer at ArcQubit, where he leads platform architecture, security strategy, and technical execution for quantum-ready, AI-native solutions. He brings more than 20 years of experience building, securing, and scaling complex technology systems across defense, enterprise, and highly regulated environments.
At ArcQubit, he is advancing QuantumDrift as an evidence-first trust layer that turns cryptography and security signals into defensible decisions and durable artifacts for boards, regulators, and risk committees. Before joining ArcQubit, Trevor spent nearly a decade at Booz Allen Hamilton, most recently serving as Chief Engineer and Cybersecurity Lead for a large, multi-tenant defense software factory. In that role, he owned platform strategy and delivery across DevSecOps pipelines, Risk Management Framework (RMF) enablement, and customer adoption, onboarding more than 70 teams while significantly reducing infrastructure duplication, improving uptime, and accelerating authorization timelines.
Trevor’s background spans DevSecOps, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, industrial control systems security, and large-scale platform operations. He has held senior technical leadership roles at organizations including Booz Allen Hamilton, Parsons, General Dynamics Information Technology, and the U.S. Department of Defense, advising senior leaders and delivering secure, mission-critical systems.
